Jean Marie Grumbles, CEO for EXIT MidSouth attended a master-minding session the week of April 21st with other regional owners from across North America at the grand Gaylord National Hotel in Washington, DC. The 3-day event focused on applying web 2.0 systems, social networking, and training to insure that EXIT agents are prepared to better serve consumers as the real estate market recovers. The group brainstormed of the concepts that our brokers can apply to leverage their business to come out of this economic downturn with more market share and greater profitability. EXIT Realty is committed to growth and committed to the success of agents knowing that the corporate objectives will be met by strengthening the agent. Providing training to agents in the realm of web 2.0 and social networking, personality profiles, negotiating, closing skills, and prospecting will prepare them for what is to come in the future of real estate.
