Middle Tennessee Real Estate Closings Trends Downward

Today Nashville was ranked among the top 10 most stable housing markets considering the ability for housing prices to hold value.  That got me interested in the past few years of transaction volume in this Middle TN market.  See the  graph of UNIT sales of real estate in Middle TN over last 3 years.  Middle TN Monthly closings.   EXIT is still growing despite this decreasing market.  EXIT brand transactions have increased in each of 44 out of 46 months compared to the same month the year prior.  I hope this chart helps you understand the local market in Middle TN.  Nashville was listed as one of the top 10 most stable housing markets so with this downward spiral in Middle TN (Nashville is the largest market in Middle TN), you have to wonder what the bottom 10 cities graphs would look like.
